Yes. Cleaning professionals are background-checked before working in client spaces.
What if I am not satisfied?+
Contact us within 24 hours and tell us what was missed. We will assess the concern and arrange an appropriate correction under our satisfaction policy.
How does payment work?+
You pay a secure deposit when submitting the booking request. The remaining balance is shown before checkout. Cleaning professionals do not handle cash.
Is my appointment confirmed immediately?+
Your deposit secures the request. Our team checks availability and sends final confirmation. If the requested time is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Yes. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. The cancellation and refund terms shown during booking apply.
